Singapore Slings

Bit too zonked to write a full post or put pictures. But had a couple of good meals at Boat Quay yesterday (great prawn sambal) and at Clark Quay today (Shiraz - Persian kebabs including quail and deer). Went to a food court and today and sampled some Phillipinno food. Some satay like dish which tasted tandoori'sh and chopped pork in a white coconut curry...also had a variety of dumplings and local delicacies in the hotel breakfast. Apart from the deer and the quail some of the other exotic stuff so far were jelly fish, salmon roe and goose liver pate

Will be in the conference from tomorrow but will definitely have a good Singapore section on the blog soon
