At a time when the food media is playing safe with TV channels not showing beef and pork and food magazines turning veg, I was thrilled when Femina commissioned me to write a no holds barred article on interesting food that I have eaten across the world.

shrimps for desserts, though not raw, sounds like a Bengali dream
Ticked one off with kangaroo meat. Appearance wise looked similar to the meat from the goat shoulder but found it to be chewy and dry.

Oh yes, I have had kangaroo meat too. Jerky and and as sausages and on pizza. Forgot about it
